Who handles your order?

ACHETIA GROUP SARL U, based in Lomé, Togo, processes information submitted to this store. Our physical contact point is our Cacaveli shop, opposite the Court of Appeal.

Information needed for your order

We record your name, country, city, area, delivery address, telephone number, quantity, order amount and status. We use these details to contact you, confirm and deliver your order, and provide after-sales support. We do not request card details.

Internal order notifications

If enabled by the seller, an order summary including your reference, name, phone number, address, quantity and amounts is sent to the order-handling team through WhatsApp Business Platform, operated by Meta, and our Wapilia service. This supports order processing; it does not subscribe you to advertising or automatically send a message to your number.

Optional WhatsApp order updates

If you tick the optional consent box, we use your WhatsApp number to send your order summary, delivery fee and total. You can confirm using the private link or request a callback. Your response and the date of your consent are recorded, and the seller is notified after confirmation. Do not forward your private confirmation link. Reply STOP or use the stop option on the confirmation page to stop WhatsApp updates. You can still order without this consent and receive a phone call instead.

Necessary browser storage

Your browser remembers your advertising preference and a temporary order identifier to prevent duplicate orders. Contact details entered in the form are not saved in browser storage.

Meta advertising: with your permission

If you accept advertising cookies and the Pixel is configured, Meta can receive page visits, product views, checkout starts and recorded orders. A delivered and paid sale may also be recorded from our server. Campaign references and advertising identifiers may be linked to your order.

If Conversions API is configured, your phone number and country are normalised and hashed before being sent to Meta to match events. Hashing does not make this information anonymous. Relevant browser, advertising and order information may also be sent. Your name and street address are not sent as advertising parameters.

You may decline advertising cookies and order normally. Use Cookie preferences in the footer to change your choice. Withdrawal stops new browser advertising events and requests that future events associated with the order in the same session stop. Contact us about other orders or information already transmitted.

Recipients and retention

The order-handling team and delivery partners receive the information needed for their tasks. The site and database use LWS hosting selected by the seller. Processing may take place outside Nigeria, including in Togo and in locations used by our service providers. Advertising data is shared with Meta only with your permission.

Orders are retained for fulfilment, customer support and applicable record-keeping obligations. Technical rate-limit counters expire after an hour. The click cookie created by this site expires within 90 days. Other advertising cookies depend on Meta and browser settings. You may request access to, correction of or deletion of your information, subject to applicable retention requirements.
